Following payment confirmation, all orders are handled in two to three business days. On weekends and holidays, orders are not sent or delivered.

Shipments could be delayed if we receive a lot of orders. If there is a major delay in processing your order, you will receive an email.

We primarily ship pallets via freight carriers due to their size and weight. Estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Freight Shipping: 5–10 business days (continental U.S.)
• Expedited Freight Shipping: 3–5 business days (continental U.S.) – contact us for availability

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier, and weather conditions.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the pallet size, weight, and destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the pallet is returned due to our error.

4. Freight & Receiving

• Freight shipping requires a loading dock, forklift, or pallet jack for unloading. Please ensure your delivery location can accommodate freight delivery.
• Inspect the pallet upon arrival for visible damage. If you notice any damage, document it with photos and contact us within 5 business days.

5. International Shipping

6. Tracking Your Order
